You can find weapons and attachments inside the weapon cases in all 21 provinces. Each province has its own unique stash of weapons, so keep an eye out on the areas with the weapons that you’re looking for the most.

Also, here is a short guide on how to find every weapon in the game, if you don’t want to spoil the fun and find them all by yourself.

How to Find Every Weapon in Ghost Recon: Wildlands

In the Loadout screen, choose which weapon and/or attachment you want to obtain. There you will find a description of the weapon’s location by hovering over it with your cursor. Go to that area and look for all intel caches (tagged as white exclamation marks on the TACMAP). Get them all until you find the one that contains the information about the weapons locations. The map will mark the cases with the desired weapons. Go get them!

Now, if you don’t want to mess with all this, just follow the directions provided below.

Assault Rifle Locations

Assault rifles are some of the most popular weapons in the game. They can be used both offensively and stealthily with the help of a suppressor and well-measured shots. Currently there are 21 assault rifles in the game – 13 from the weapon caches and 5 from the bosses and 3 from Uplay rewards.

Submachine Gun Locations

SMGs are a great alternative to assault rifles. They are usually more compact and used for personal protection rather than offensive attacks. There are 13 SMGs in Wildlands – 9 from the weapon caches and 4 from the bosses.

Light Machine Gun Locations

LMG is an infantry support weapon often used as a squad automatic weapon. If you’re looking to set up an ambush for a group of enemies, then LMG is the way to go. You will find 8 LMGs – 6 from the cases and 2 from the bosses.

Sniper Rifle Locations

This is the choice of true professionals, who like to take out enemies in a clean way from a distance. There is a wide variety of sniper rifles in Ghost Recon: Wildlands – 15 in total, including 12 from the weapon crates and 3 from the bosses.

Shotgun Locations

Shotguns come in a variety of sizes. And despite being powerful weapons, they’re not too accurate. Also, it’s a loud weapon…so if you’re not too worried about being detected, then go for it. You will find three shotguns in the provinces, 3 from the bosses, and one in the Deluxe Edition – 7 in total.

Sidearm Locations

This category includes smaller automatic weapons and pistols. These work great with suppressors for precise short-distance shots. There are 13 sidearms in total – 4 from the bosses, 8 from the weapon cases and one as a Twitch Prime reward.
